STORY
A tiny frog clung to the pointed edge of a heliconia, its limbs flailing in an awkward attempt to steady itself. I watched through my lens, waiting for the perfect moment. Whilst the frog appeared to be struggling, it eventually found its balance and composure, gripping the flower with quiet determination. This allowed me to capture a few special images. Against the moody jungle backdrop of Costa Rica’s rainforest, the frog's golden-green skin gleamed. It was a fleeting pause, a breath between movements, before it would leap once more into the dense foliage - leaving behind only the memory of this perfect balance.
