STORY
In the heart of the Ecuadorian rainforest, this red-eyed tree frog emerged from the foliage and found its way onto a flower so vibrant it looked unreal. The contrast was instant - lime green body, fire-red toes, and eyes like lanterns against a dark velvet backdrop. It didn’t move much. Just clung silently to the petal’s curve, breathing slow and steady, completely composed in its moment. The flower itself had caught my eye, but the frog sealed the frame. These frogs are small, often overlooked unless the light hits just right, and on this night, it did. Every detail stood out: the sticky toes, the fine skin texture, the reflection in its eye.
